The mission of the Illinois Administrators' Academy is to provide, statewide, a continuum of high-quality professional training and experiences for schools' administrators, based on the Illinois Professional School Leader Standards, that foster leadership development and are responsive to the needs for continuous growth for educational leaders and improved learning for students.
